Injuries: I stay pretty injury free thanks to my awesome chiropractor, Matt Barnes.
Ultrarunning Idol: I try not to idolized any one runner. There are many runners that I gain inspiration from; a lot of my running friends. Most of them are not ultrarunners, and they are not winning races, but they are the ones who have the most heart. They remind me of what this sport is truly about and why we do it.
Why Do You Run Ultras: For me. It makes me happy, relieves stress, and gives me the opportunity to push myself and test the limits of who I am.
Advice For Other Ultrarunners: Always believe in yourself and never let anyone tell you what you can or can’t do. You’re capable of so much more than you think you are. Dedication and determination will take you where you want to go, just never give up!!!
